I am Gabriella Lilly Namara.
I am so glad you have found me. My Sound Medicine offerings are here for Our Children to elevate and nurture them through these “Times of Change” into a brighter future.
Being a Mum of 2 little children today, I know and feel that any support that uplifts us, allowing us to resonate with the energy and beauty of Love is valuable.

A little bit about me and my journey that led me to you.
I am a Yoga teacher/therapist, Angelic Reiki, Intuitive and Sound Healer, Music Therapist, Light Worker, Vocalist and Songstress. I am also the creator of "The Dance of Yoga”, a powerful integrated practice.
An artist of the heart and soul, poet, writer and nature lover. I embrace and honour the sacred in all aspects of my life. I am a Nurturer of the Soul.
Being highly Intuitive and deeply connected with the beauty of Nature and Life - they have been offering me a higher perspective of an ever expanding world we may all choose to live in by nurturing ourselves and the precious gifts we all carry within.
Singing has always been a passion of my life although I didn't show this gift of mine to the world until later.
As a young adult I longed for a deep connection for expression, more than writing poetry, singing and dancing at home. I started to pursue singing which led me to explore my voice, teaching myself to sing with greater and greater expression.
It still left me feeling a bit lonely until I allowed myself to sing for me… rather than thinking about what I was supposed to sing or who I was supposed to sing for.
Just to sing to feel good.
And at that point a new journey started.
The Love that has always been tangible through my singing voice has started to expand exponentially.
Starting to work with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls has been such a magical journey. I dedicated my time to get to know each bowl separately and to feel their voices within me. These crystalline voices within haven't left me but keep expanding day by day and in the process I have found my own crystalline tone. Ever since I have been working with Crystal Singing Bowls, I sing with them. The healing that has started to unfold in the process has been profound.
As of today … I sing all the time.
Melodies, meanings, feelings, the language of love dance through me eternally. A process that keeps me in constant connection with Divine Love, a constant coming back to wholeness.
My eternal connection and love for Nature and Children make me sing even more. A beautiful journey of the soul.
